Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,200
Work Schedule:
• 8–9 hours per day
• 6 days a week
• Rotational shifts
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
• Handle returns, exchanges, and basic billing support
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic English (Arabic is a plus)
• Prior supermarket or retail experience preferred
📌 2. Supermarket Supervisor
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,800
Work Schedule:
• 9 hours per day
• 6 days a week
• Shift-based duty
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily supermarket operations
• Manage staff schedules and performance
• Ensure stock availability and proper display
• Handle customer issues and report to management
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory experience in retail/supermarket
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
