Position: Data Entry Assistant / Receptionist & Office Administrator
Location: (Sharjah/ Dubai)
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month (DOE)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Data Entry Assistant / Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team. This multi-tasking role supports daily office operations, clerical duties, and front desk management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
- Prepare and organize office documents and files
- Handle scheduling and appointment coordination
- Support general administrative tasks and office organization
- Assist with communication across departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; admin experience preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous, and well-organized
