Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handling Transactions
   • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
   • Provide change and receipts to customers.
   • Balance cash drawer at the end of shifts.
2. Customer Interaction
   • Greet customers warmly and answer basic queries.
   • Resolve minor complaints or escalate to a supervisor.
   • Offer information on ongoing promotions or store policies.
3. A Sales Representative engages directly with customers to promote and sell products or services, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
