Head Cashier Role

Job Overview:

A Head Cashier oversees the cashier team, ensures smooth front-end operations, and maintains excellent customer service at checkout. Must be in UAE with either Visit visa or Own Visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule cashiers and front-end staff.
• Train new cashiers on POS systems, procedures, and policies.
• Handle escalated customer issues or payment disputes.
• Manage cash registers, including opening/closing and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash handling and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier stations.
• Assist in store operations during peak hours.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic accounting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask under pressure
