Sales Assistant Role

Job Overview:

A Sales Assistant supports daily retail operations, assists customers, and helps maintain the presentation and stocking of merchandise. Now for both Dubai / Sharjah And Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries.
  • Help customers locate and choose products.
  • Process transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
  • Restock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
  • Upsell and promote current deals or loyalty programs.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math and familiarity with sales systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • On-the-job training typically provided.
