Key Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
- Sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
- Replenishing supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Using cleaning equipment such as buffers, polishers, or carpet cleaners.
- Reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for long periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- No formal education required, though previous cleaning experience is often preferred.
- Ability to use protective gear (gloves, masks) and adhere to safety protocols.
Optional Soft Skills:
- Time management and punctuality.
- Polite and respectful demeanor in public or customer-facing environments.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or night shifts if required.
