Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:Leading, motivating, and directing grocery staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, ordering products, managing inventory turnover, and minimizing waste.
- Store Standards:Maintaining the store’s visual appeal, ensuring proper stocking, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
- Training & Development:Training new employees, providing ongoing coaching, and supporting team member development.
- Operational Efficiency:Overseeing daily operations, implementing policies and procedures, and contributing to process improvement.
