Secretary – Front Office (DUBAI/ SHARJAH & ABU DHABI)

Job Title: Front Office Secretary

Department: Administration / Reception
Reports To: Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor


📌 Job Purpose:

To manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while performing a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks to support the office.


📝 Key Responsibilities:

👥 Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

đź—‚ Secretarial & Admin Support:

  • Manage appointment calendars and meeting room bookings.
  • Draft and prepare letters, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and coordinating logistics.
