
Secretary – Front Office (DUBAI/ SHARJAH & ABU DHABI)
Job Title: Front Office Secretary
Department: Administration / Reception
Reports To: Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor
📌 Job Purpose:
To manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while performing a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks to support the office.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
👥 Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
đź—‚ Secretarial & Admin Support:
- Manage appointment calendars and meeting room bookings.
- Draft and prepare letters, memos, and reports.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and coordinating logistics.
