Customer Service / Sales Assistants are frontline employees who support customers, promote products, and help increase sales. These roles are common in retail, hospitality, call centers, and e-commerce.

- Greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, or online
- Recommending products or services based on customer needs
- Handling sales transactions (cash/card payments, returns, exchanges)
- Resolving customer complaints or issues professionally
- Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Organizing displays and keeping the sales area tidy
- Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Updating customer records and processing orders
- Meeting sales or service targets
