- Communication & Teamwork
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth customer service.
- Report any issues or trends to supervisors.
- Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep the work area tidy and follow safety standards.
- Adhere to hygiene protocols, especially in food or health-related environments.

- Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of customer assistants.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and manage attendance or coverage issues.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track team performance and customer service KPIs.
- Deliver feedback and support staff development.
- Customer Escalations
- Handle difficult customer situations or complaints escalated by team members.
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and in line with company policy.
- Training & Onboarding
- Train new employees in customer service standards and procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Process Improvement
- Identify ways to improve customer experience or service operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and service protocols.
- Reporting & Communication
- Report performance and operational issues to management.
- Communicate company updates and initiatives to the team.
