Customer Assistant Supervisor/Office Assistant role combines administrative tasks with customer service oversight. This position involves managing daily office operations, providing customer support, and potentially supervising a small team. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management:Maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence (emails, mail), managing records, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Customer Service:Providing support to customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person), resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
