- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly.
- Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
