📌 Key Responsibilities
Office Supervisor Duties
- Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative team members.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding support.
Data Entry Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across systems and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate routine reports and handle confidential information.
- Assist in maintaining electronic filing and record-keeping systems.
- Collaborate with teams to support data integrity and reporting needs.
🎯 Skills & Experience
✔ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in office administration and data entry
✔ Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
✔ Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
✔ Ability to lead a small team and work independently
