Job Responsibilities:
✔ Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
✔ Provide top-notch customer service at airport counters, lounges, and gates.
✔ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety, security, and airline policies.
✔ Work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Requirements:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
✅ Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience (aviation/tourism experience is a plus).
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
