Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash, card, mobile, and voucher payments.
- Issue receipts, change, and refunds when necessary.
- Balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with bagging items or answering basic customer questions.
Required Skills:
- Basic math and POS (Point-of-Sale) operation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

🤝 CUSTOMER ASSISTANT

Role Summary:

- Welcome and assist customers with inquiries.
- Guide customers to products and explain features or promotions.
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
- Monitor product availability and report low stock.
- Keep the store tidy and clean.
- Assist with returns, complaints, or online pickup orders.
- Sometimes support checkout or self-service areas.
