Customer Assistant / Customer Service Assistant (DUBAI / SHARJAH)

  1. Customer Interaction
    • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
    • Handle complaints or escalate them when needed.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
  2. Sales Support
    • Recommend products or services based on customer needs.
    • Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
  3. Problem Resolution
    • Resolve minor customer issues promptly and professionally.
    • Use company systems to manage returns, exchanges, or service tickets.
  4. Operational Tasks
    • Operate tills, handle cash and card payments.
    • Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, or update displays.
  5. Communication & Teamwork
    • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth customer service.
    • Report any issues or trends to supervisors.
  6. Cleanliness & Safety
    • Keep the work area tidy and follow safety standards.
    • Adhere to hygiene protocols, especially in food or health-related environments.

Customer Service Supervisor / Team Leader Responsibilities

  1. Team Management
    • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of customer assistants.
    • Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and manage attendance or coverage issues.
  2. Performance Monitoring
    • Track team performance and customer service KPIs.
    • Deliver feedback and support staff development.
  3. Customer Escalations
    • Handle difficult customer situations or complaints escalated by team members.
    • Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and in line with company policy.
  4. Training & Onboarding
    • Train new employees in customer service standards and procedures.

  6. Reporting & Communication
    • Report performance and operational issues to management.
