  • Greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, or online
  • Recommending products or services based on customer needs
  • Handling sales transactions (cash/card payments, returns, exchanges)
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues professionally
  • Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information
  • Organizing displays and keeping the sales area tidy
  • Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
  • Updating customer records and processing orders
  • Meeting sales or service targets

Requirements:
