Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Bedding: Change bed linens and towels, and make the beds neatly.
- Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all surfaces, especially bathrooms.
- Dusting & Polishing: Dust furniture and polish surfaces to maintain a clean appearance.
- Floors: Vacuum carpets and rugs, and mop floors as needed.
- Appliances: Check that all appliances, such as the television and alarm clock, are functioning properly.
Restocking Supplies & Amenities
- Toiletries: Replenish bathroom amenities like soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
- Beverages: Restock coffee, tea, water bottles, and other food/drink items.
- Other Supplies: Ensure that other items, such as towels, sewing kits, and glassware, are available.
Guest Services & Communication
- Guest Interaction:Greet guests, answer their questions, and respond promptly to their requests.
- Reporting:Report any maintenance issues, lost or found items, or other necessary replacements to the appropriate departments.
Operational & Safety Responsibilities
- Security:Follow all hotel security guidelines to maintain guest privacy and safety.
- Health & Safety:Adhere to health and safety rules and maintain a safe environment in guest rooms.
- Inventory: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of linen closets and manage the supplies on a housekeeping cart.
