Skills & Requirements:

- High school diploma (minimum); diploma/degree preferred.
- Time management and basic bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.
👥 Customer Supervisor
Also known as: Customer Service Supervisor, Client Service Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a customer service team to ensure high-quality support.
- Resolving escalated complaints and customer issues.
- Monitoring performance metrics (e.g., response times, satisfaction).
- Providing coaching and training to service staff.
- Developing service protocols and ensuring compliance.
- Reporting on customer feedback and trends to management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven experience in customer service (2–3 years+ preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
