2. Cashier

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operating the cash register and handling transactions
  • Balancing the till at the start/end of shift
  • Providing receipts and ensuring correct change
  • Assisting customers with checkout and bagging items

  • Trustworthiness and integrity
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment

3. Sales Assistant (Retail)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting customers on the shop floor
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining product displays
  • Upselling products and promotions
  • Handling complaints or queries and referring to supervisors if needed

Skills Required:

  • Friendly and helpful attitude
  • Knowledge of products or services
